Dan was our photographer and did a phenomenal job overall. We highly recommend him! Before the wedding, he worked closely with us to understand what types of shots we wanted and what was important to us. He went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get permission to take pictures in a nearby park that we really liked. He even spent some time scoping out good picturesque spots beforehand. We picked Dan from out-of-state, so we weren't able to do engagement photos with him. Despite this, we were immediately at ease when he showed up on the day of our wedding. He did a great job of capturing special moments while getting ready without being intrusive or disruptive. After the ceremony, Dan was sure to get all of the formal family shots we had requested, and paid close attention to details like lighting and even the glare on peoples' glasses.
